Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Our products are made to order and fulfilled through trusted print-on-demand production partners. This allows us to create each item only after it is ordered, helping reduce unnecessary waste while keeping our products available to customers in different locations.

Order Processing and Production

All items are made to order. This means your item is printed specifically for you after your order is placed.

Most orders enter production shortly after purchase. Production times can vary depending on the product type, order volume, stock availability, and the production location assigned to your order.

Estimated production time: 2–5 business days

Please note that production time is separate from shipping time.

Shipping Times

After your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

United States: 3–7 business days after production
Canada: 5–12 business days after production
United Kingdom & Europe: 5–12 business days after production
Australia & New Zealand: 6–15 business days after production
Rest of the world: 7–21 business days after production

These are estimated delivery windows and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be affected by holidays, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside our control.

Local Production

Whenever possible, orders are produced close to the customer’s delivery address. This helps reduce shipping distance, delivery time, and unnecessary waste.

In some cases, if local production is not available for your product, size, color, or delivery location, your order may be produced in another country and shipped internationally.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your purchase. The final shipping cost may depend on the delivery country, product type, order size, and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when tracking is available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the label has been created. Sometimes tracking may not update immediately while the package is moving through the carrier network.

Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately. This can happen when items are produced by different production partners or require different packaging.

You may receive more than one package and more than one tracking number for the same order.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address before production or shipping begins, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been submitted for production.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Most orders arrive within the estimated delivery window, but delays can happen.

If your order appears delayed, please first check your tracking information. If there has been no tracking update for several business days, contact us and we will help investigate.

If a package appears lost in transit, we will work with the production partner and shipping carrier to find a solution. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

Marked Delivered but Not Received

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check:

  • Around your mailbox, porch, garage, or building entrance

  • With neighbors or household members

  • With your local post office or delivery carrier

  • Any parcel lockers or reception areas

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us and we will help review the situation.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item

  • A clear photo of the packaging, if damaged

  • A short description of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless they were already collected at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Order Cancellations

Because our products are made to order, cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered production.

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may no longer be able to cancel the order.
